Cal U Area to Pittsburgh International Airport
1. Catch the Valley 2 bus traveling toward Charleroi. At Cal U, catch the Valley 2 at either Hickory St. at 3rd St. at the corner in front of Johnson Hall or opposite World Cultures on Third St. Valley 2 will travel Route 88 to Charleroi.
OR Catch the Cal Commuter bus traveling toward Large Park and Ride and Pittsburgh. At Cal U, catch it at either Hickory St. at 3rd St. at the corner in front of Johnson Hall or opposite World Cultures on Third St.
2. Get off Valley 2 in Charleroi at McKean Ave. at 5th St. NOTE: Cal Commuter will travel to Pittsburgh with no transfer in Charleroi. Skip to number 4 if traveling on Cal Commuter.
3. Board the Commuter A to Pittsburgh at McKean Ave. at 5th St.
4. Make a request stop at Smithfield St. at 7th Ave. in Downtown Pittsburgh.
5. Get off Commuter A or Cal Commuter, then cross 7th Ave. and stand at 7th Ave. and Smithfield in front of the Bruegger's Bagels on 7th Ave. The Port Authority's 28 X to the Airport will pick up there.

6. The 28X will drop off directly at the Pittsburgh International Airport.

Smithfield St. at 6th Ave. Note: Depending on time of day and other bus traffic, the MMVTA buses will stop somewhere
between 6th Ave., Rite Aid or Office Depot in the Smithfield St. Bus Lane. See map below:

5. Catch MMVTA Commuter A toward Valley or Cal Commuter near Smithfield St at 6th Ave. See MMVTA Valley 2 and Commuter A Combo link below for travel all the way back to the Cal U Area. Cal Commuter buses travel all the way back to Cal U without transfers in Charleroi.

6. If leaving Pittsburgh on a Commuter A in which a connection in Charleroi is needed, get off the Commuter A in Charleroi at Fallowfield Ave. at 5th St. Then catch the Valley 2 at the same location
7. If catching Cal Commuter there is no need to make transfer in Charleroi. This bus will go all the way to the Cal U Area.
Cal U Area to Greyhound & Amtrak Stations in Pittsburgh
1. Catch the Valley 2 bus traveling toward Charleroi. At Cal U, catch the Valley 2 at either Hickory St. at 3rd St. at the corner in front of Johnson Hall or opposite World Cultures on Third St.. Valley 2 will travel Route 88 to Charleroi.

Greyhound & Amtrak to the Cal U Area
1. All MMVTA buses leaving Downtown Pittsburgh will leave on a temporary basis from inside the Greyhound Station for travel back to the Mon Valley and the Cal U Area. To access the Greyhound Station from Amtrak, simply exit Amtrak on the lower level and cross Liberty Ave.
