Current Route Name = Route A - Improved arrival times in Downtown Pittsburgh to coincide better with work start times - Rerouting will increase local service to/from the Mon Valley Hospital Area - Weekday service - the elimination of four morning "short-trips" to/from New Eagle - Upper Speers will be eliminated from the route, due to little or no ridership
- Route 837 section called Black Diamond will be
serviced via rerouted Valley 1. - One additional Sunday A-Commuter Trip during the mid-day to reduce wait time between trips Proposed New Service = EXpress – COMMUTE - Convert at least two A-Commuter trips to provide EXpress service to and from the Mid Mon Valley to Pittsburgh -Suggested routing for the new EXpress service: 1. Leaving the Valley after Monongahela via Route 136 to Toll 43 to Route 51 to South Busway to Downtown Pittsburgh 2. Leaving the Valley after
Crookham Park and Ride via Ginger Hill Rd. to Proposed New Service = CAL
- COMMUTER - Use A Commuter buses returning to the Mon Valley to provide direct service to Cal U from Pittsburgh - CAL Commuter will make use of buses already in operation that currently do not pick up passengers - Provide economical options for students, faculty and staff at Cal U for travel to and from campus -

Current Route Name = Green Line - VALLEY 1 includes extension of service through Monongahela and New Eagle ending at Lignelli Manor plus Donora, Monessen, Charleroi, North and Lower Belle Vernon to/from WalMart, Tri-County Plaza, Gabriel Brothers and K-Mart - Addition of Sunday service - Routing will alternate each
trip allowing for travel on one bus between

B - VALLEY 2 will serve California University of PA, Cal U’s off campus housing at Vulcan Village, Liberty Tower, Downtown California and Route 88 through Elco, Stockdale, Roscoe, Allenport and Dunlevy - VALLEY 2 will enter Charleroi for connections to A-Commuter to provide transfers to/from Pittsburgh and will terminate after providing service to WalMart, TriCounty Plaza, Gabriel Brothers and KMart - Service to Mon Valley
Hospital will be provided now by the proposed - New Eagle and Monongahela
service will be provided by the proposed Current Route Name = Silver Line
Days of Service: Monday - Sunday Seasonally with Cal U semesters Changes Include: - VALLEY 3 will provide service throughout California Borough and California University Of Pennsylvania - Service to all current stops with additional Liberty Tower stops and a routing change to provide services through the California Borough Business District -

primary intention of the VALLEY 3 route will be to provide more
Current Route Name = Gold Line Changes Include: - Majority and most productive portion of route is to be incorporated into proposed VALLEY 2 providing more and better bus service Current Route Name = Red Line and Blue Line Changes include: - Proposed route combines the Red and Blue Line into one route - Increased mobility options and shopping areas for both residents of Charleroi and Donora - Charleroi Area residents will have access directly to Fisher Heights Giant Eagle and Mon Valley Hospital - Donora portion of route will be streamlined and will eliminate St. Nicholas Drive through 4th Avenue indicated on Blue Line schedule as 9th St. & 2nd St. - Charleroi and North Charleroi portions of the route will remain the same Current Route Name = ValleyLINK
Changes include: - Reduction in the number of total trips per weekday to WCCC/Youngwood - Focus retained trips on appropriate arrival times at WCCC/Youngwood - Eliminate routing to Rostraver Airport due to non-productivity and routing configurations - WCCC Mon Valley will be served on Fells Church Rd.
